Numa Foods is a snack food company started by a mother-daughter team in New Jersey. CEO Joyce Zhu’s mother began to make Joyce a traditional milk snack as a way to help Joyce combat her auto-immune disease. Joyce quickly realized that not only are these snacks delicious, but they are also nutritious as well. Together, the two came up with a healthier version of the snack and thus Numa Foods was born.
